	Sunset Sailing in Brighton £75.00 This two hour sail is great if you're not sure you've got the sea legs for a full day's expedition, or if you can't free yourself up in the day. Sunset Sailing gives you the chance to help and crew the yacht, or just relax and soak up the ambiance! Lifejackets and sailing gear are provided (over trousers and jacket) and a glass of sparkling wine is provided. 	RYA Sailing Course Brighton £285.00 This is a Two Day RYA Level 1 sailing course, with no more than six students to one instructor. Waterproofs, buoyancy aids and all equipment is provided. 	How about a Sussex Coastal Boat Trip to the Seven Sisters for Two? Take a 1 hour 30 minute voyage aboard a Mediterranean cruiser and cruise around Tide Mills, Seaford Bay and the famous Seven Sisters. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Sussex coast as the two local boat drivers regale you with personal anecdotes and trivia about theboat and surrounding area. 	There's a Full Day Hands On Sailing Experience Around the Solent for Two Lymington, Hampshire Arrive at Lymington Yacht Haven at about 09:15 where your highly experienced Skipper and Crew will greet you and show you to the 53ft yacht, Sailing Spook. Following your embarkation and refreshments, you’ll be fitted with life jackets, and then it's time for a safety briefing. Set off on your three to four hour adventure across the Solent and finishh the morning in a beautiful bay for a lunchtime stop and the chance for a swim. There's another three to four hours of sailing after lunch as the journey around the Solent continues before finishing back in Lymington around 17:15.
